The control button did not work 3 out of 5 hard pushes. I still don’t know how to push to make the button work. Top piece of foam fell off after a few uses.

I can't get it to work in my Google Pixel even after downloading the camera app it suggested if having trouble. Also, with my phone in its case the headphone jack doesn't line up with the hole for the connector cord.

This selfie stick is of no use to me as the portion that hold mobile doesn't even connect to the stick.. I tried every possible way to attach but it seems that the screw thread is not long enough to hold it.. I visited my friend who had an exact same product and tried connecting my holder piece and it was holding that up.. so its the product I got handed over is faulty.. I am thinking to visit best buy to return/exchange in my next visit

Claims to fit ALL IPhones....it won't! Overall quality is ok, but as mentioned won't fit all phones as advertised. it would be ok IF it fits your phone. Pretty disappointed.

I bought this for my GoPro but I didn't understand how to connect them together and make the GoPro stay, says they are compatible so I'm sure it was me not the self stick

This works great. However, the size adjustment spring broke very soon after I started using it. It took about a week. Useless after that!

The package said it would support an iPhone 6s Plus. It took about 15 minutes for the stick to break and drop my phone.

Spouse was enthusiastic about getting stick until they told her she could not use it where she wanted to use it.

I was afraid my phone was going to fall out, it's built cheap it takes the photo but I would not suggest, unless you want to lose your phone!

Purchased for a short vacation we were taking and when I tried to use it does not work. As much as I tried could not get it to work. I have the feeling it was defective someone had already returned because the the box was taped as if had previously been opened. And apparently no one verified that it was good to sell.

I bought this item on a trip out of the country. Was only able to use it once and it came apart. Because my trip was over 15 days I was not able to return it to Best buy. And I called the manufacturer several time and left voice message. They never responded. Do not buy.

In the the store this selfie stick felt ok. Was smooth to extend, had both camera and GoPro adapters. But when the phone was added and the pole extended it was way to wobbly. And on the third use one of the extension sections came completely apart, the brass clips fell out and it was not possible to reassemble. Someone needs to build a selfie stick that is stable when extended.

I would not recommend this item now. It’s just outdated. Better products

Save your time and money and get another one thats more expensive. Only giving 2 stars because it did work.... once.

This was a gift for a 12 year old grandchild. It didn't last long and I didn't see any rough handling.

I was told that this would work with iphone and androids phones, but does'nt work with iphone

I brought it home after setting my phone in it, the tension screws did not help with stability, first attempt at using inspite of instability of tension screws, I wad able to take 4 pics. By the 5th attempt there was a separation in the coiled input wire, and a short. It no longer worked. Broke within 15 minutes of usage. Honestly a piece of junk and a rip off. Absolute garbage.

It works yes. But for how long, it is very cheaply made and i don't trust it to hold my phone.
