did not hold my iphone 7 secure. holder was to small. if phone is smaller would be perfect.

I was so excited to use it but when I took a pic pressing the bottom on the stick didn't work well and when it does took a lots of pics of one selfie. I had to use it like four times before it brake the part that hold the iPhone. It is not good because it is plastic. I rather buy one selfiestick at the dollar store, not plastic and cheaper.

Did not like the fact that my phone would not fit with the case on.

Does not consistently click the shutter or take the picture.

Not that great. Would be better if it was wireless.

Selfie stick does not connect or operate at all. Additionally, after speaking with the manufacturer about the problem she indicated that the selfie stick we purchased is not compatible with our specific type of Android phone. Very misleading data.

The quality of the product is not acceptable. After about a few days if use the adjustment jig got loose and as a consequence picture taking became a challenge due to my smart phone kept on moving/not stable. Will be going back to the store for return.

Bought selfie stick for my vacation with some friends and it broke after the 2nd use. Very disappointing as we were in some beautiful areas and memories would have been better if we were all in the pictures.

due to me going out of town before even testing the selfie stick. I would have returned it in a heart beat never worked with either my phone s6 edge and my girls phone s6 by the time I came back and had time to spare I could no longer return it.

The item broke after the second use I do not recommend. The item broke at the very beginning of the trip was not worth the purchase I would not recommend this item to anybody selfie sticks are not easy I don't think I would purchase another one

I bought one of this less than 1 month ago and only used it few times, its not worth the money to buy it breaks easy... tried to return it to bestbuy but they wont take it back since its already used and open box...

sorry to say this selfie stick did not last. once I took a few pictures with it extended out. it broke right off . I don't feel it is sturdy enough to hold a phone with being extended.

I use an iphone 6 and wanted a simple to use selfie stick. I bought this and it didn't work at all. I connected the wire to the phone, reset my phone settings and it just didn't work. Complete waste of money.

Purchased while on vacation used it one day the trigger switch on the handle broke I was able to return it to another Best Buy where we were on vacation they didn't have the same model so I exchange for the wireless one

The body of the phone, came off the screw, without prior notice, I lost it I don't know where, of course, without the cell phone that wasn't on it when that happen. Bad, bad, bad product !!!

It comes with a GoPro attachment, but it you don't have one there are Selfie Sticks out there for half the price. This particular model was defective, not sure if a fluke or problem with them all.

Bought it for my parents for their trip to Europe and it broke on their first use! They couldn't use it to take pictures for the rest of the trip.
