Onto the first 2 hours of using this selfie stick...... the button for clickers gives in, I ended up buying a new one. Lesson learned again “you get what you pay for”

My Samsung Note 8 is to heavy for this product. It broke and glad my cell phone didn't break. I only got to use it once. I will be returning it.

Bought this thing to use as a funny thing to use at my wedding. I tested this little sucker out and worked perfectly. Once it was the real deal go time it flunked on me.

I couldnt even screw the two pieces because it was too short. Then after 20 minutes i finally put my phone on and it just dropped my phone. I returned it.

It doesn't work. I have not had time to return it to the store. But I want my money back. Do not recommend this product, Best Buy should take it off their shelves.

This is the second unit we bought. The first one broke (coil) after 5 days of use, the second unit broke after 2 days of use. Very weak material and poor construction,

1st time I used this was to records a color run 5 k and it instantly broke. My phone fell to the ground and thankfully it did not break. Garbage and a waste of money!

not sturdy enough for big or heavy smartphones. even when tightened, the phone turns down from weight. returned it without any issues

It's a great concept. But it's not easy to use. You can't one hand a shot, if you do, it ends up shaking the phone and resulting horrible quality in the picture.

This product didn't last one international trip - fell apart and just didn't work right. It was cheap, but I definitely don't recommend this product!

If you go on vacation consider this thing is not easy to carry because if its large cellular mount. Beside, mine brike in 4 days of use

Hoping to get some good selfies of me and my son on our vacation to Europe. This product did not work at all. Subsequently, I will be returning it. -d

The package indicated this worked with all iPhones, but you have to buy an additional adaptor in light the iPhone 8 does not have a jack port.

The screw that is intended to secure the bracket to a person's Android is too small so it does not attach. I just wasted a bunch of money.

Cant give a review because had to return selfie stick to store because it was broken and would not hold phone. Purchased one some where else locally.

The first i got wasn't stiff it wiggles left to right. Exchanged it for another the same and the holder doesn't screw sonwssnt able to use it.

It was hard putting my phone on it. Then I realized my phone has a lot of room to move around. I immediately returned it.

This selfie stick does not connect with a Droid Turbo of Samsung Galaxy. It did not work from the moment I got it home. It was returned!

Bought this for a summer vacation which we just returned from. The switch shorted out within the first few days of the trip.

Selfie stick difficult to put on and stay on when used with a Lifelock case. The contact does not always work when clicking from wand.
