    This product is of terrible quality. It stopped working in a month and we don't even use it very often!!! We tried calling ReTrak customer service several times, nobody ever answered the phone.

    Gave it 2 stars as it is very cheap.... operative word being cheap. Quality wise, it is a 1 star or less. Very, very poorly made and there is no way the wire will last any period of time. Luckily, I only needed it for about a day so it served it's purpose. If you are looking for something longer term, for travel, or don't want to risk your phone/camera then you'll need to invest a few more bucks. You'd have to be out of your mind to put a Gopro on this thing, for example.
