3rd time is a charm!

Bad communication

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After getting the okay to receive a new television after our initial one had a defect within the year of purchase, a Geek Squad tech came to the house and told us to just take the TV to Best Buy and we would get a new one. We took the TV and were told that is not how the process worked and a TV would be delivered to us. We had to take the TV back home and wait an additional week for another Geek Squad tech to bring the new TV and take the defective one back.

Unnecessary Return

Delivery took awhile
