    THE GUYS CAME AND PICKED IT UP AS PROMISED BUT WERE LATER THAN PROMISED.

    I don't know why I'm supposed to review a return delivery? However, this process took WAYYYY too long. I had to wait in the car, only to be told that product had been returned. Um, no, I have it in my hands!!! Took forever to get a resolution.

    I have had Bosch dishwashers before, was replacing a 23 year old Miele that I loved. Had a terrible time getting an installation scheduled with XPO, the contracted installation company for Best Buy. Turns out they will change your installation date and time without notification, tolerate rude behavior from their installers and when the unit shows a fault within an hour of installation will not return to check the installation (which I think is a kinked hose). Honestly, since I am not independently wealthy and able to stay home all the time, I can't afford to buy from them. I ordered the unit 12/17/16 and still have a nonfunctioning new Bosch in my kitchen. I only gave a 1 because 0 is not an option. Fortunately, there is a local company who has the same unit for $20 more and only a slightly higher installation fee. They come when they say and work with my schedule. Novel approach, I know.

    original delivery was scheduled for 4 to 8PM. received a call at 11:00AM from the driver saying i am near your house. told him that i was not expecting him till 4PM but would try to come within an 1hr. driver called me couple of times between 11:20 to 11:40 asking me where i was. I arrived at my house at 11:50 to find the truck was not there. waited for 15min and called the driver to find out he at the wrong address but just down the street. everything was delivered and set-up, i paid best buy to take away my old dryer. delivery team took away my old dryer which i had clothes inside (my fault for not checking). i called the driver and he told me to him 20 miles away at 9pm. i checked the address on google map and it not safe location so i did not go. sacrifice the clothes for safety. worst experience ever! Best Buy please improve this service.

    I haven’t got much to say about Best Buy appliance delivery. They rush through everything and are not trained to do the job properly. Every time they come into my house they don’t remove there shoes and leave my with mud and dirt all over my floor,

    I ordered LG TV 49UH6100. For the first time, I got the open box TV instead of a new one. That I came to know when I found out there was no stand and no cord. I went to Best Buy store. After a continuous effort of 2 hours, I convinced them to get me a new replacement. However, it was so frustrating to find out that the new TV that I received had broken screen. On filing the complaint for the yet another order, they said now I need to call UPS people to pick that TV and then Best Buy will refund my money to place a new order. As per their saying it is now my responsibility to get the TV sent back to the store and then they will be able to process my refund. It is extremely bad service. And the worst part is they do not consider themselves responsible if their product has fault or if they have done any mistake.
