Not the best choice

The graphics seemed low quality and some of the installed apps like some popular and most common apps were missing. Also some Chinese apps not familiar with. The remote was kind of cheesy.

As they were taking old refrigerator from my home they dropped the refrigerator down the front steps.

Refrigerator is defective and they want to repair
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They delivered a refrigerator with the hinges on the wrong side, then came to repair it and bent the freezer door, leaving gaps that allow air to escape, so the freezer does not freeze. The we realize that the refrigerator, on high, doesn't keep anything cold, the condenser unit is not operating correctly. They dump us off on Whirlpool and insist we need to suffer through three repair calls before they will replace, effectively selling us a refurbished appliance at full price.

Terrible Experience !!!

We had them delivered to our home which has a four (4) hour window. Then one of the items, the dishwaster, is not working properly so we needed it exchanged for a new one. There sales system and their warehouse delivery system does not talk to each well and the order was not included in the Sunday deliver. They will not let me take the old dishwasher to the store and pickup a new one at the store. The dishwasher is to be installed on Monday.

Easy return process

NEED INPROVEMENT

Best buy insisted their delivery unpack, assemble, and power up my tv. They did not even read the assembly instructions on the box. They balanced it upside down on the frameless glass panel while they tried to figure out what to do to get the base (soundbar) folded down. I almost told them to just take it back fearing it was damaged. Only because of the best buy return policy, I kept it and it has been fine. VERY Poor service.

Very discouraging that this error is still there over nine months later.

Samsung dryer

Ended up using it only once and it tore up all of our clothes due to the defect within the dryer. Horrible experience with dealing with Samsung to refund money list on all the clothes ruined my their new dryer. Never but a Samsung product AGAIN!
