    I love the Best Buy store but the delivery service they subcontract is horrible. They kept delivering damaged products and not showing up for scheduled appointments. It took four deliveries before they got it right.

    The two guys that performed the delivery were rude and dismissive. Customer service is completely lost to these two individuals. Unbelievable they are tasked with any public interactions as they just do not get it.

    Delivered to wrong address. Then told tenants we ordered the incorrect item, because when they went to the wrong home, they told them that they needed gas instead of electric. Disaster order and delivery.

    This dryer works great. It should not of taken so long to be replaced. Just as if it was at a restaurant. Food Not Right! Replace It Right Away!! I didnt get no compensation for it.

    You lost my defective product at your warehouse. I had to file a claim with my homeowners policy to cover the damages

    I don’t think I’ve gotten a credit for the TV I returned yet. I’ll have a better review after I get my credit. Thanks.
