You're simply The worst!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So my sister and my mother purchased the television for me in a different state they've purchased it through Amazon assuming that it would be an Amazon product but it was a drop ship product that went through Best Buy I wanted to exchange the product for an upgrade I would been glad to have paid more money for a laptop and replace for the television that I received when I called Amazon Amazon for me that I needed to return it to Best Buy when I called Best Buy to make sure that I had everything I needed they said that I would also need a screenshot from Amazon which my sister provided me I drove the 41 minutes to the Best Buy store which was the weirdest and smallest Best Buy I have ever seen it looked more like I taken over Radio Shack LOL and then when I got there after $47 in gas later I was told that I could not only not exchange the television that it would in fact have to be sent back to Amazon the money given back to my sister and mother's account and I would have been leaving that store then empty-handed sorry about your luck the customer service was terrible the people behind it in the counter had no working knowledge of how to return and drop shipped item and had to make very specific phone calls to make this happen it was the most chaotic 45 minutes and I think it Bears repeating it took well over 45 minutes for them to sort it out I'm handicapped I need a wheelchair and there was only one in the store which by the way didn't work it was broken and so I was left leaning on the counter for that entire time during that exchange I was trying so hard not to Karen LOL and I think I did a pretty good job but here we are now I am unhappy dissatisfied and really do not care if I ever have to deal with you people again it was

DONT ORDER APPLIANCES ONLINE.

They show up and then say can’t install it on any floor that is not the first and need 4 people. 4 man job they say need verbal confirmation for appointments , why have an online system then ) 2. Resheduling Appointment- FAIL ( 13days + 5days to install a fridge and washer dryer ? how are you still in business ? ) 3. Returns - FAIL ( System is so broken it processes return of appliances to billing instead of delivery address ) 4. In service appointment - FAIL ( Appointment window 12-4, your men show up at 9:00PM, after 3 phone calls to your call center. ) 5. Payment Refund - FAIL ( Returns only for items was refunded and services which you didnt provide another phone call with a 10 minute wait ) 6. Call center - FAIL ( minimum 2 transfers to talk to any one who can do something )
