The device actually works great but it says that I can charge two devices at one and doesn't

This charger is not good. It runs out of charge very fast

This charger is good for president pre-paid phones no good for advanced cell phones

I normally just remove my phone's battery and swap it with an extra charged battery, but the great thing about this I don't have to reboot my phone in a low battery emergency. Just plug the cable to your phone and it magically transfers it's power to your phone's dead battery when away from a wall outlet. It charges my phone quick too, from dead to 50% in 15 or so minutes. Very thin and small profile with a LED percentage indicator.

It charges my phone well, but drains quickly if battery on phone is low.

It only last a full charge for an android phone, beautiful finish.

The device did not meet my expectations. It takes too long to charge my phone and when I wanted to charge the charger it did not charge. I was very unhappy with this product.

This battery will only changer my iPhone 6 one time before it dies. Because of the size of this battery and price I think it should at least charge your phone twice...

I used this when went to travel 3 hours and I knew i charged it with 100% but then did not last longer.

This was the most frustrating purchase I ever did at Best Buy. The charger worked once and could not be recharged, no matter how hard I tried. I did not go through the trouble of returning it, since I live over 30 miles from the closest Best Buy and I did not consider it worth my time and gas money. This charger is a total lemon.

The first time it was used it would not even charge the phone halfway. After that we could never get the thing charged back up. Waste of money. I should have taken it back to the store but forgot about it until I received the email for this review.

Expected more from this item. Looks good but doesn't charge as well as I hoped.

After using this product my phone didn't charge with the original chargers. Not to mention the product didn't work at all. Now my phone makes the charging sound when not even plugged in, closes my apps mid use, and gives an error message to use original charger and doesn't take a charge anymore.

The description on the packaging says this battery will provide 2 full charges to a standard mobile device. I'm lucky if I can get 1 full charge out of it for my LG G5. Very disappointed in the marketing.

Does not work for charging anything. Takes forever to get to full charge and then doesn't charge my phone or iPad to full capacity either.

This power source does not even hold enough stored energy for one charge is a cell phone.

Buy it seemed OK after a while I got hot I stop using it seemed OK gan but when charging it The charger will not give you a full charge

The charger takes a very very long time to charge any item and even longer to recharge itself. A waste of my money.
