Good timing we got to use it right away the power went out the day after we got em so they got used immediately and charged quickly

It was good for a quick recharge but otherwise fair product. It got hot pretty quick.

I needed a portable charger I could keep in my purse that wouldn't be bulky. This one is a slim design. I need to get use to turning it on to get it to work. I didn't have to do this with my old one.

Its great for your iPhone or Android phone to charge up from say half way...but don't expect much charging something bigger like an iPad. But then look at the price.

Before I bought this item I bought a bigger model as a gift, that one will charge up to 3 devices and the person I gave this gift was very happy; based on the good performance of the first one I decided to get a smaller version for me to carry in my purse for emergency load. This device will not hold charge, will not fully charge my S5 phone (when according to specifications should give 2 full charges) and will get very hot when using it.. I went to return it, but because is been more than 15 days and is a defective device I have to call to the manufacturer... REALLY!!!! I cannot get a refund and trying to reach out to this manufacturer is a waste of my time ... I do NOT recommend this product

This was a great find for a very reasonable price. and you can connect multiple devices which is a big plus.

This unit looked great, but sadly is fails now. It will start charging an iPhone for a few seconds, then stop. It is fully charged, I have tried both ports. I'll try to return it to Best Buy, but I no longer have the box.

4000 is not enough if u hv an iPhone 6 only charged it once and drained the battery. Going to get the higher one.

I use this product quite a bit it only charges my phone one time and then I have to recharge it use it again
