I have $5 reward on this order but I spend more than $5 for exchange and come up to Best Buy store. First time: Go for pick up Second time: Go for exchange a not working one. Third time: Go for exchange a not working one also. Omg. I always have trust with something buy in BB. But this time I am very disappointed. A lot of my money spend in gallons for exchange damage item.

worked for 2 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this portable charger because i didn't get enough out of the smaller 4000 mAh battery. this one worked great for the first 2 months then i went on a trip across the state and it stopped working. it says that its charging but in actuality its discharging. looks like i'm back to the smaller one for a little bit.
