I purchased this battery pack from best buy after constantly buying the cheaper chargers and I couldn't be happier. I took it out of the packaging and it was fully charged and ready to use, I had my galaxy S6, my galaxy gear s2 and my galaxy tab s2 charging all at the same time, my gear was at 27% my tab was at 53% and my s6 was at 48% and it took about an hour and a half to charge up all 3 at the same time and my battery pack still has 86% charge left!! I love it and I fully recommend this to anyone. Yes it's a little heavy but what do you expect from 16,000 mah?

I swore by Mophie until not long ago, but as long as this thing holds up for a reasonable amount of time, no more. Mophies biggest most powerful charger gives my Note 4 not even two complete charges. This gives me four. After that it still has enough gas in the tank to give my iPod touch a complete charge. At a third of the price and with a digital battery gauge. It charges my electronics as efficiently as the chargers they came with too. It will charge pretty much any USB compatible device and 3 devices at the same time. Keep in mind this thing is big and heavy. It's not the size most people want to carry around with them on a daily basis. But it's unrealistic to expect that out of a power pack this powerful. (REV makes many smaller more portable but less powerful chargers if portability is what you're looking for). This is the size you want if you know you're going to be away from power for an extended period of time or to prepare for possible power outages. It takes a while for something with this much power to charge too. I plug it in late in the evening and it's completely charged before morning. Just something to keep in mind if you want a full charge. I've only had this one for a little over a month but as long as it holds up will be buying smaller ones to carry for myself and for gifts as well.

For some reason j feel after a few uses the potency drops, so even when I Charge pack, Phone battery is slow to charge.

Works for it purpose but it's too heavy to carry in your purse.

I bought this charger for a upcoming trip. I will be on a train for 14 hours, with my phone and tablet. I wanted to test this charger to see how many charges I can get out of it. I let my phone and tablet run out of battery power. I was able to charge my phone (LG G2) fully twice and then once up to 51 %, I was able to charge my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3) fully twice. Only thing I would give a negative about, is the weight of the charger. But, I am willing to look past that because this charger is awesome!

During the recent storm, we were without power for more than 2 days, and this little device kept both our phones charged, and our kindle, and still had almost 50% charge at the end. Definitely worth getting the larger unit, as it charges fast and keeps on going and going.

I let my phone, Samsung S5, go to 5% charge left and it took about 2 hrs.to charge my phone. I then let my phone go to 15% or 25% charge left and it still took about 2 hrs.to charge which is the same as if I plugged the phone into the wall charger. When I let the REV charger go to 0% it took about 10 hours to charge to 100%. This charger is obviously not meant to fit in your pocket or purse but it has so much power, it can charge my phone up to 5 times when I recharged my phone when it reached 15%. If you recharge the phone when the phone reaches 5% it will recharge up to 4 times. With the charger taking 10 hours to recharge, leaving it to charge the phone overnight was perfect. I go camping a lot, including 1 week summer camp, and it recharges the phone the entire week.

It's heavy, but that doesn't bother me. I like the off and on switch bcuz the battery doesn't run down when not in use. I've charged my cell phone twice and the battery still has 69% charging capability.

It was great in a beginning, but after few months it was almost impossible to charge my phone. So slow, it was charging 1% for 30 minutes.

This charger is absolutely great! LED display tells you how much battery power it has left. Charges twice as fast as any other charging means. I am able to fully charge my phone many times before having to charge the REV charger. Few things that could be improved: 1 - a little big and heavy. 2 - micro usb that comes with REV charger doesn't hold well to phone but problem can be fixed with the actual phones charging cord. Overall, best charger around

I bought this on sale! I was hesitant to buy it because there weren't many reviews out and the only place you can buy it is through Best Buy...I've only used it once and it charged my iPhone 6s Plus from 4% to 100% in a little over one hour. It's a little heavy and big but that really doesn't matter to me. For the price of $29.99 you really can't find a better charger than this one. I love that it is 16000mah this gives me the freedom to charge multiple devices several times. I'm so excited to have this. :) super pumped! Hope this product last. But if I do have any problems in the future, it comes with a 1 year warranty

This is the first portable charger I have brought and I think it is excellent. It is extremely easy to use. Carries a sizeable charge and quickly recharged all of my electronics whether it was Apple or Android.
