The dumbest toaster I have ever owned. A 5 dollar thrift store toaster would be better. Upon first purchasing it, it burned everything even on the lowest setting. Now, after only a few months of owning it.- it refuses to pop up items, sometimes it refuses to toast all together, and often times it will refuse to lower things to toast. Also, just yesterday unless you unplug it it moves the toaster up and down nonstop. So it is the most expensive piece of crap you will ever purchase. We love techy things and thought we would try it- I highly regret that decision. Please save your money and avoid this toaster at all costs.
