Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honestly had high hopes for this toaster. A fixed with tech and a conventional kitchen appliance. I plugged it in ready to put my first item in (bagel) and the screen froze. I troubleshooted per the manufacture recommendation and nothing worked. Unfortunately, i have to return this product.

It also never toasts the first 3/4 inch of the bread. It gets extremely hot, keep kids away. If it wasnt a gift i would return it asap. Junk for what it costs.
