USB-C port not working

The USB port works but the USB-C does not, tried various cables, even the blue light is on. I waited a couple of weeks before trying this out in my car, big mistake since I’m now out of the return window. I’ve never purchased a Rexing brand product but this will definitely be the last.

Posted .HI I am very sorry your 78W charger is malfunctioning. It should not get hot and we can replace it for you. You also need to use high quality car chargers for the quick charger to work properly!
