I suppose they are doing what they say but not at any level of quality. The night vision is a cool gimmick but the storage, resolution, battery life stink. Not at all applicable for night time whale watching (yes I know oddly specific). Reason I bring this up is that as night vision they are fine. If you try to zoom in forget about it. Resolution is terrible.

This was a gift for my husbands birthday and I’m still trying to simply register it and order the required SIM card. The process is definitely not user friendly.

It has a tiny slot for a memory card and it accepted my cell phone memory card. It will be in color if the place has light; otherwise it will be black and white. It needs 6 AA batteries. I don't like it and since it is a bit late for a return I decided to give it to a boy and he is happy with it.

Posted .Hi! Yes, you are correct about the rechargeable batteries. Those usually do not work well with the B1 and cause issues.

It doesn’t pick up on low or no light situations. Will not/ can not see further than your flash light will throw a beam. If you’re looking into something that is already lit, ok. But any pair of binoculars will do that.

The price is affordable compared to most of the items that were more highly recommended. It's bulky and heavier than I expected. The trial period was too short for me to make a recommendation. Since I am beyond the return period, I will like it or lump it.

I purchased this product to use on my drivcations as I call it to search for possible camera shots. To say the least I was extremely disappointed in the quality of pictures or the ability to get adjusted properly. Either way I returned the product with in a week.
