Unfinished product, No support from Rexing.

I bought this item yesterday from Bestbuy, but could not register it on Rexing website for warranty, as this product is not even listed on website. I also went through the user manual, etc. It looks like there is not even decent focus done to make the packaging. On the warranty manual it says something like - in case of issues, we will replace the CAMERA. What? Is it a camera? Customer care is also non resposive to queries. In the box there is a leaflet that if you review this product and then upload the screenshot, you will get some gifts like sd card, etc. Now I got to know why this product has so many great reviews on Bestbuy. After looking at all these issues even before using it, I dont have high hopes from the product or the after sales support. Thinking to return it back to Bestbuy

Find another solution
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Need something that only works sometime then Rexing has you covered! This thing works about as well as the original BT radio in my truck, connects occasionally but with no reliability whatsoever. The worst part is the USB connections, if the box is moved or even touched it will reset. I've had it wedged in my change holder to keep it from being disturbed but now it cycles power when I go over a bump in the road.
