      please try forgetting both wifi and bluetooth connections to the CPW-1.
      Then try the pairing process again.
      If you're still having issues, please return/exchange the unit at Best Buy.

    I could see how this would be a great device. As long as you don’t want to adjust your volume, you should be good. I have a 2022 Camry Le, and it worked in the car, but I was unable to adjust the volume via the stereo or steering wheel. The description on here and the Rexing website do not list compatible vehicles.

    The device does what it needs to but it takes a minute or 2 just to connect to your phone everytime and theres a audio lag which is bareable but sometimes it cuts it out. Overall you can find cheaper options online that are better. I recommend reddit and finding one that best suits your needs.

    I really don’t like giving bad reviews, but this device did not work well at all. The signal was not consistent; forcing me to have to reboot or unplug at times to establish connection and it works also occasionally send a scramble signal to the display.

    Doesn’t Work w/ Acura

    Does not work for an Acura. Installed as per the directions, will not skip songs or a phone call via the steering wheel. When skipping a song on the actual screen there is a terrible lag. Will definitely be returning.

    It connected but you couldnt change the volume from the steering wheel, dash, or on the phone. The volume was set to whatever level it was last on when you plugged uour phone directly into carplay. Tried to use it in my 2023 Camry. Returned it the next day.

    There was one new one and 2 open box units on the shelf. I think as nervous because of the returned ones. The new one I bought did not work out of the box and got returned.

    Complete waste of Money. It worked for first 2 weeks fine later it stopped mostly hangs. My return window is closed, can’t return.Bestbuy used to be my favorite store not anymore.

    Returned because didn’t work, for anyone purchasing with a Toyota Camry 2014-2017 this probably won’t fit your car either, you just have CarPlay in the system of the screen given by manufacturer

    The wireless Carplay adapter by Rexing does exactly what it’s supposed to so with very minimum lag. The Device is small and slim, it’s smaller than a credit card and a little thicker than an iPhone 12 max. It connects to your car’s stereo via USB-C (which is included in the box). There is also micro-SD card slot, but it’s only for firmware updates. Setting up the Rexing is very fast and easy, simply find the device in your iPhones Bluetooth settings and connect, once it connects then you will see the disclaimer on your car’s screen, once you hit accept then your all set. Luckily, you only need to do this for the initial setup process, after that my phone would automatically connect wirelessly whenever I selected the Carplay source. Every function that works with wired Carplay, works just the same and with almost no lag (for the most part). To my surprise, my steering wheel controls still worked just fine for using wireless Carplay. The Rexing is well built and works almost flawlessly…There were a few times, not many, but they were there, that I experienced some lag with the Carplay. The lag that I experienced was with the maps app, there were 2 instances of the screen just freezing while I was driving. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue for me, but if I was trying to find out where I need to exit and the screen freezes, causing me to miss my exit, then this is a problem. Luckily, this only happened twice, and since then I haven’t experienced the issue. Overall, I like the Rexing wireless Carplay adapter. It was made with good build quality, and the size is just right for it to be able to hide under my dash. The setup and ease of use is a huge plus too. As for the functionality, it works great, minus the two hiccups I had with the lag, it works just flawlessly. It even retained my steering wheel controls, which is a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a wireless Carplay device.

If it worked intermittently, then the issue is that your phone was still connected to your vehicle's Bluetooth so they cause issues. Forget the vehicle's Bluetooth then repair to the CPW and it will work flawlessly. rexingusa
