Intermittent connectivity issues when first connecting…. Patience is key it seems. Do not shift into drive or revsrse wothout lettibg the device connect to your phone. Freezes the connection and you have to restart the stereo (in my case, restart the car). Paid $56 and dont feel completely ripped off.

However the stupid vent holder isn’t great and it falls off easily. Otherwise, Ive only had a couple of times where it didn’t connect and just unplugged and plugged in again.

The sound quality is great and the only time I experience lag is sometimes when I switch through songs too quickly. I occasionally have issues with the volume not working on initial startup, but I was told a firmware update will be coming soon. Everything works perfectly 97% of the time. I just get in the car and everything startups quickly. For reference, this is in a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Limited.

It's been more stable than my carsifi for my pixel which had constant connection issues about a year in. Hopefully this thing holds up for a few years. A bit pricey imo opinion for what it is. But I am paying for convenience and I think it's definitely worth it

Voice on multiple navigation apps is distorted. Have another in a 202 jeep wrangler. Steering wheel controls do not appear to function. Any known resolutions?
