slow slow slow slow slow. “24 hour authorization hold” that I got told they can uplift but then they tell me to just wait on the phone. At this point just hoping I get it, because again the valorant shop refreshes every 24 hours and it takes over 24 hours to even get the item…

Dont waste your time getting the digit code. Youre better off going to the store and buying a physical card. I bought one before and it was instant but then when I decided to buy another one it took hours. Ive been waiting for the past 12+ hours and have yet received my digit code. Waste of time.

maybe I’ll update my review, problem is that valorant updates its shop every 24 hours and if one has to wait at the very least for a whole 24 hour authorization hold to clear then you’re missing out on the item you wanted. If you want something in your shop that day dont buy from bestbuy. Still haven’t received it hoping it comes after 24 hours.

It’s been 12 hours and I still don’t received any emails about the codes, it still says “we’ll email you when it’s ready,” do I just wait for longer or what should I do.

Should be a short amount of time for it to arrive according to most people in these reviews (5-30 minutes), but it's been over 6 hours and nothing. I paid with a prepaid Visa gift card, so maybe it has something to do with it? But for now it is taking too long.

I bought this because my visa gift card wasnt working so i thought let me do this then my gift card doesnt come in after 5 hours instant delivery my ***.

Absolutely ridiculous. Been hours and i havent gotten the giff card and god forbid someone will help you with getting it. Done. Waste of money. Do not buy.

lots of the review says the code is received quickly but its been hours since i order so if you need this immediately then i suggest looking at a different store

Its been over a day since i ordered this and yet i still havent gotten the code. My friends said ordering on amazon will get you the code within an hour.

So ive bought this product twice cause i had spare best buy funds. First time got it within 10 minutes been over a dat for the second one. Needs too hurry up the process

You shouldn’t be paying tax on a gift card. Do not purchase from best buy go somewhere else

It said no tax it made me pay tax ☹️ So it lied to me and took more of my money
