Risen is a very well written and produced film. Well acted. Nice photography, scenery and costumes. An excellent biblical movie.

Very well acted, and biblically mostly accurate - where it did coincide with the scripture account and not the life of the roman soldier.

I think this movie presents the resurrection of Jesus Christ in a different way than others. The "fully human" part is more apparent.

Awesome movie!! My favorite part was actually seeing the miracles instead of just reading about them. The visuals were out of this world!

This is a story of Christ's death and resurrection from the perspective of a pagan, Roman soldier. Well done and powerful message!

i like this movie because is the story of roman soldier that no believe in Jesus but the experience that he got thru change his mind.

There's so much thoughtful acting, directing and writing in "Risen" the film is provocative and makes you realize the truth.

good movie , the story is put together pretty well and the 4k picture is awesome , the sound was very good too . 4k is the way to go

Truly inspiring For a non traditional movió it shows true values of life and encourages the audience to discover your own faith.

You get to see the effects of the crucifixion of Jesus on the Roman tribune who was in charge and how it drastically changed his life

It is an encouraging movie. It shows the reality of who Jesus is and how it affected the life of the centurion at His crucifixion.

Liked the movie, but the digital filming was so stark and crisp it somehow detracted from the subject matter.

I have many Bible based movies. This one has that modern cinematic flare that brings the past into relevant focus.

I rented this before I bought it and I had to have it. It's such a touching movie. You know....if you're a Christian. (Haha)
