A hitman is on the run with his son in Road to Perdition. It's one of those Tom Hanks movies that aren't as memorable, but still pack a powerful punch. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic crime drama featuring Tom Hanks, Jude Law, Paul Newman, and many other actors. It's slow but never boring. It's different to see Tom Hanks in a role like this. And that's not a bad thing. Definitely worth a watch.

Great movie at a great price! Best buy has great prices on the Blue Ray's. I prefer to buy all my movies from Best Buy because of the reasonable prices and the reward points offered.

Tom Hanks does a great job playing against type in this period drama. Prepare yourself for white knuckles, Newman's own Paul Newman, and a film worthy of it's six Oscar nominations.

Tom Hanks plays against type as a 1930's era Hit man with Paul Newman (In one of last roles on film) as his boss. Look for a pre James Bond Daniel Craig as Newman's son.

Tom Hanks and Paul Newman are amazing, the story is not the traditional Gangster movie but more of story about a men facing the most powerful men he ever encounter.

This is one of the best movies Tom has made and a must see. Tom is a bit darker in this movie, but a role he did great in. If you like movies you have to see this one.

Road to Perdition is a dark story with an honest and powerful father-son bond at its core. Methodically paced, the film gathers power as it goes along. Watch it in one sitting for its full effect.

It's actually a really great story but, as is often the case, miscast. Hey I love Tom Hanks in the right role but he's just not a mafia hood. They shoulda switched Daniel Craig to that lead role. Hanks doesn't belong in this moody piece. And the boy they cast as his son sucks. Very pretty but vacant. Fantastic role and there are terrific kid actors but they went for the gap kids model. Hollywood. So it's good but frustrating because of casting. Meh, it's worth a once thru though probably. Keep your expectations low and it'll be great.

This is an overlooked film from the library of Tom Hanks. Hanks isn't the first person you think of in an actionesque film but does well in this one. Plus, Daniel Craig at his most cowardly.

Great performance by Tom Hanks. Great features on this bluray. This is a good ol' gangster flick. A must-add to collection.

I hadn't seen this movie for years, but after seeing it again (with training from film studies), it is really well done!

A star Studded cast, great story, and amazing period sets and wardrobe how could I not have this in my Bluray Collection.

Tom Hanks at his best in this one. Great to see Jude Law and Daniel Craig play very good roles as well. Highly recommended.
