The start-up always takes a while to located the phone...this is my second roadster, my first one just died after about a year and would not charge..to my amazement this one after 1 month-1 week will not accept the charge... i am returning it today....

Speakers are loud, unclear and sometimes have to yell into the mic. All while having full cell phone coverage Also, sometimes it doesn't turn on. Have to power on/off a few times even after a full charge... It was a waste of money, and now j can't return it been over a month . NOT recommended

Posted .@kelm With out knowing the model of your phone, it is hard to determine the cause. This sounds like there maybe an issue with the voice recognition. If this is a Motorola device, please look to make sure MotoAssist app is updated.

It was difficult for people to hear me and only sometime worked. I couldn't find my receipt and when I did had missed Best Buy's Return Policy by exactly 1 day. Worthless. Don't waste your time or $. I'm surprised that Best Buy continues to carry it.

Allows for voice calling and all siri functions. Plays music alright through radio, not the best sound depending on radio frequency. Over all an excellent hands free addition with bonus of fm music.
