We think we will be returning this product. It is difficult to use and it is very inconsistent. At times you can hear well on it and other times not. The people that are talking to us on the other end often complain that my voice is muffled sounding.

Worse item. Nobody can understand what I am saying. Too much background noise. If was not for Best Buy 2 weeks return policy I wold return it right now. Also next time I am buying at amazon. They have much better return policy than Best Buy

I brought the Motorola Roadster 2 and it is terrible. It connects when it wants to connect. Often, I have to turn it on four or five times before it will connect to my phone. People I call have a hard time hearing me and often hear static.

This works most of the time, but sometimes has to be coaxed. The sound is very unclear. People have trouble hearing me, and me, them. I'm going to take this back and exchange it for a new one. Perhaps the speaker will be of better quality.

The device is engineered well but the sound quality is not great for people on the other end of the line. Three people complained that they could not understand the conversation and we had to switch to the speaker.

Our car does not have Bluetooth and I needed something hands free. I didn't want the thing in your ear. It far exceeds my expectations

I got this device for my daughter who is a freshman in college and has to travel alone constantly. I feel more secure knowing that we are only a push of a button away at all times.

Good clarity in sound and voice recognition. The device just shuts down and takes awhile to turn back on, which is a pain when you want it now. If it stayed on all the time I would give it a 5.

Hoped it would work better in semi, have to tip it down ward little bit for people to hear me well but then you are tipping it down and have to turn up the speaker but then it distorts!

I bought this for my dad who is hard of hearing. This was one of the first devices he could hear clearly and had volume that was loud enough for him.

Speaker is not that great. When in fm mode the people on the end have a hard time understanding you. But it's nice 5 be hands free

The speaker worked when I tested it on a full charge at home but it did not work in the car. It also lost its charge very quickly. I returned this item for refund.

I bought this for my 20 year old daughter to use as a hands free device. She loves it for the convenience and I feel safer with her using it!

Was ok. It's more compatible with android than iPhone. Can't use all the features like track ur car and other things. Was upset about that

Does more than the next one I purchased but bought a replacement and it would not turn on like the first one. I wish it worked properly because it was awesome!

The fact that it will text for me is a great aspect. Texting and driving is a huge distraction for people on the road so safety first!

Only glitch: sometimes have to turn it off then back on to connect with phone. Don't care for fm on it. Careful not to overcharge it as it won't turn on

I returned this product it breaks up when talking the person on the other end cannot hear you talking.

I can clearly here calls and texts. Sometimes it takes a while to connect. It's impossible to reply to texts. I would rather pay $30 instead of $80

This quit working after a month. I charged it and it started Working but only worked for 2 weeks then it stopped even though ithad full charge.
