For best sound, we recommend turning the volume up on your device and then matching the volume on the radio. You will also need to find a station with complete white noise by pressing the red button to match the station on your radio. Posted .Hi there, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. The radio station that works best for you depends on the area you are in. I recommend tuning your FM radio to a station that has a lot of static already (therefore, one that is not already broadcasting audio). Then, once you tune your Roadtripper to the same station, it should cut out the static completely since it is not competing with any other broadcasts. Turn the volume up all the way on your device and the Roadtripper will get louder than you need. Works great ,just remember to turn the volume on your phone most of the way up, mine keeps good connection in plug in, just twist back and forth slightly after inserting. Sounds great with Amazon music on lowest data setting, uses about a mb per min. Highly recommend !
