Great for cord cutters

Dead after 7 months

Even though customer service was friendly, they charge you $50 to process a warranty claim and you have to provide your own shipping container. Read the reviews online!! buyer beware, do your research by googling Tivo and fan failures...

Seems stupid that its not supplied with anything to let it actually work out of the box for that price. Otherwise, its working well. As a way to help us transition away from cable. One Pass is nice, though i wish i could download shows from streaming service to watch later, if internet goes out.
