I LOVE tivo. I wish I would have cut the cord a lot of sooner! Definitely worth it. My favorite features: the skip button (instantly skips commercials) AND I love being able to watch shows through Netflix and Hulu right from tivo.

Switching from DISH DVRS to this is hard with TiVO's awkward UI but you get too much channel information when doing the setup (if you have rural area transponders) .. but then that lets you real fine tune things

Overall good cut-the-cord experience. I am able to seamlessly record OTA shows, record, pause, replay. DVR function is 5 stars. My only complaint is no Sling TV integration and remote doesn't work very well at times.

This is a top notch TiVo product as expected. Work flawlessly and has all service included. It is by far the best whole home dvr solution out there. Compare it with what you want (Tablo, Channel Master DVR+, HDHome Run, etc.

Love my TiVo now that I don't need to pay the monthly subscription fee. Sometimes the responsive is slow and sometimes it's normal when using the remote or app on my iPhone. Weird, but other than that I'm satisfied.

Spent several weeks reviewing and comparing to other types of streaming products. Chose the TiVo for the OTA recording capability and seemless integration of streaming from various providers. This product works flawlessly

This is my first experience with Tivo. The reason I purchased it was because the place I moved to did not have DVR service. So far it is pretty easy to use and understand. I would most definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great to have if you have cut the cord and don’t have cable anymore. Just set it up and register your set with TiVo either online or by phone and your good to go. Love the voice control option too!

I’ve always liked TiVo products and this Roamio is no exception. Your paying for the name and lifetime service, but it’s worth it IMO. The ability to record shows via the app is an added bonus.

The TIVO is a great way to cut the cord, providing recording capability and unified pass recording for favorites. The skip function is great. Overall a good machine and a simple move from DTV.

Use ota antenna and save on cable bills. As long as within 75 miles from broadcast towers.

The DVR works well and was easy to set up. My only complaint is that the remote isn't very ergonomic for channel and volume up/down buttons.

I'm using this along with a mohu leaf type antenna and it works well. Seems to have a great tuner. No problems. Set up was time consuming with only a wireless connection but now all is well.

The TiVo Roamio 1TB DVR for Over-The-Air (OTA) is the best value and the best in performance. I've never regretted buying my first TiVo DVR.

By paying $400 now instead of &100 plus &15 A month, i hit break even on this after 20 months. From then on i have free tivo. Good deal.

First unit only worked for two days. Best Buy exchanged it. Replacement unit has been working great for a few months now. Happy with TiVo. Like not having a monthly subscription fee.

Really great product, like being able to record tv programs. Search feature is truly an added plus. Highly recommend to those who are thinking about cutting the cable/satelite.

I cut the cord. I was using Dish with 85% of my programs being local this gives me all of that on PVR while ROKU gives me the rest with HULU. Total monthly bill $12.

This device by itself works great. Ran into problems when paired to a couple Minis which have to be connected via hard wire. Would be perfect if that was not the case.
