My wife is a huge Robin Hood fan and insisted that we purchase this. The writing is bad. The characters are one dimensional. The directing leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The only bright spots, and the only thing saving this movie from a one star review, are the performances of Taron Egerton and Ben Mendhelsohn, the latter of which was just born to play the bad guy, and excels at it.

This movie has a somewhat different story line than the other Robin Hood movies, so it makes it a little different.

Too many clichés or plot lines taken from other movies. Fun to watch, but historically accurate? Not even close.

The movie itself isnt worth the steelbook though. A painfully average movie at best, at worst its unbearable.

To be honest I went in to this movie thinking I would hate, just the opposite it was pretty good.

Many take of Robin Hood but this is good one,action packed,smart and well put together for the modern era

This ain't your grandad's Robin Hood but it's fun and worth watching. Better than Costner's version.

Movie is average to slightly above average, but the video and audio quality is top notch! Movie was filmed in 8K and so the picture is as sharp and crisp as any movie ever made. Audio comes from every speaker channel so the surround sound is enveloping. Great to show off a great media / theater setup.

Great action, just could have done a better job, seems randomly thrown together.

I have seen other versions of Robin Hood, but this one sparked my interest. It is action packed from start to finish. The special effects were exceptional. I definitely plan to watch this one again. Definitely a must have for any collection.
