For another Robin Hood movie, this was pretty good in terms of action and adventure. Better than the last two. Plot a bit convoluted for a simple story. Marian as an action figure suits the times and mores. Fox very good in his role, and barely recognizable. Great 4K, sound terrific.

When I saw the preview for this, I thought “great, another Robin Hood movie, just what the world needs“. A family member recommended it to me and I’m glad they did. Same basic storyline but with a twist that makes it worth seeing. Check it out and I think you’ll be entertained.

Several movies successfully blend historical stories with fantasy reimagining. This is not one. The only thing going for this one was a big production budget that helped provide well done sets and scenery which are captured with very competent videography. Everything else about this movie is an astonishing waste of an all-time classic story. It thinks it is a serious and cool movie but features imaginary modern styled weapons, costuming, combat, etc that play out in dopey ways. Plot progression is choppy nonsense but coherent. The dialogue the same. The acting suffers from terrible direction despite some underlying talent. Oh, they also change up aspects of Robin Hood which would be ok if it wasn't so stupidly executed. Woof. Better examples of the tone being attempted here include King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (fantasy twist on classic story done over the top and entertaining) or First Knight or Dragonheart. These movies aren't cinema masterpieces but they entertain with much better execution.

I bought this 4k movie because it has the HDR10+ format that rivals the dolby vision format. I must say; I wasn't disappointed. The movie picture was very sharp and worthy of being labeled 4k hdr. I hope the format pics up more steam. I have the Samsung Q8fn which does not support the dolby vision format.

I love the steelbook options offered by Best Buy. This was not the movie I was expecting. My mistake. Quality is great

Wow, action packed movie. I wondered how this movie was going to be different from many previous sequals. I was pleasantly surprised. The theme started fine and finished fine so it does not conflict with previous ones. I totally enjoy these types of movies and continue to buy them for my collection. Enjoy!

It’s a pretty good movie, especially in 4K just a different twist on Robin Hood. Jamie Foxx played a good role.

Seen a few of Robin Hood movies like Robin Hood Prince of Thieves Kevin Costner), the Russell Crowe version, Robin Hood. This version is different and it grew on me (even though the critics panned it). Added it to my collection.

I did not hear anything about this and was very hesitant to watch it surprisingly it was fun fast-paced enjoyable and in my opinion entertaining it's not going to win any awards by any means but it's a fun Twist on an old story

Good action with some comical moments. Great for a roadtrip or a nice night at home. I can't wait for a sequel. Arrows, automatic cross bows and the darndest thing a little romance. This movie is well worth the money.

This film depicts the tale of Robin Hood from a fresh perspective, starting from the back story that is not normally seen in the previous version of this character. Taron Eggerton delivers a superb performance in the lead role and is a definite must add to your movie collection.

Love the art on this release over the standard package. Movie itself is super fun, especially once the action is brought back to Nottingham. Well acted, stylish action throughout, the story is definitely the worst aspect but it does what it needs and the movie is well paced.

Excellent depiction of the classic Robin Hood story with a bit of style! Fun movie highly recommend!

There has been many Robin Hood movies over the years so I was somewhat sceptical on how it was going to play out, but it turned out to be a fun and entertaining movie so much so that I made it a part of my collection.

I saw this movi on the big screen and like Tarim Eagleton and have the other Robin Hood movies on DVD (including Errol Flynn’s version. I only get my DVD’S (I have 1700+ in my collection) from Best Buy because they have the best customer service and variety of products!

for the 4k Transfer, the color reproduction and sharpness is A1. thi is definitely a film with an incredible DP. and the director really had a good vision for this story. I enjoyed this very much and have high expectations for a possible sequel (figers crossed). 10/10

There is a lot of action in this movie but they change the whole idea of how Robin Hood started to become an "outlaw". I don't like the change but the movie does keep you watching due to the action sequences.

This movie was one of the worst movies that could have been produced. It was long very boring I didn't have the action that was sold to you from the television commercials. This movie is definitely a 2 out of 5.

I feel like a lot of the reviews of this movie were biased on the old tale of Robin Hood. This is an updated version and I feel that is why the large number of negative reviews. I think if you just enjoy the movie for what it is, you will like this movie.
