And I don’t know what to do!!!I bought it for her for her birthday, but now a one week after her birthday and she can’t use it. She was super happy to get it and can’t wait to buy things for her favorite game.

Hassle to redeem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Though we finally were able to get this card redeemed, we did have quite a hassle of doing so. We followed the instructions and it showed as being redeemed, but never showed up in my daughter's account even though that's the account to which we registered. Went back and forth with Roblox via email and to their credit they were fairly quick to respond but it took several emails to finally get it to show (they said it showed but it never would show in my daughter's account). Once you purchase and redeem, you then can buy "Robux" with it but this is a $10 card and you can buy in different preset quantities and the closest is $9.99 so now we have $0.01 left. It's only $0.01 but if they are going to sell $10 cards why not have $10 increments that can be purchased in the app. Frustrating.

Money Grab

I'd rather pay a one time fee for app to get everything it comes with instead of having to buy for add ons. They are preying on little kids to get people to buy these cards.
