Bought several gift cards for my kids, and Best Buy didn't activate them. Was told after returning to Best Buy that they'd be activated within 24 hours because they did something with Roblox. Nothing. So, then I contacted Roblox support, and they told me to go back to Best Buy. I'm filing a chargeback through my credit card instead.

We bought two $10 gift cards for my son’s friend as a birthday gift knowing how much he loves to play Roblox. He said the codes on the cards didn’t work so was unable to use the cards. I wish he had kept the cards and given them back to me to return to the store. What a disappointment for a 9 yr old who was excited to have received these cards.

We purchased 2 $10 game cards and we loaded them but the robux can’t be utilized on the app. Which doesn’t work for us, our boys use the app specifically. The card can only be used for the website. So now we’ve wasted $20 on an invisible thing. We won’t be purchasing again, and I specifically asked the sales person can we use this in the app, he said yes.

It's a card my son can get things with on the computer in a game. It's neither good or bad.

Got it for my 8-Yr old to use to pay monthly subscription but it Got burned in under 48Hrs - he used it all!

I bought 3 of the $25 gift cards to give as gifts to my daughter and her friends so they could play Roblox together. All 3 cards were shipped to be without being activated. I tried taking them to the store to have them activated, but the employees at the store said there was nothing they could do since I bought the gift cards online. I'm now out $75!

My son love playing Roblox. However, I would be cautious of allowing younger children to play this online game as there are older players that are online and they don't appear to be moderated very well. The other issue is everything costs money and if your child is not careful, it's gone in a flash.

My 9 year old bought this with her birthday money. We get home she goes on website to try to use and tells her she had full amount then when we tried to purchase a package deal of 24.99 all of a sudden there was $0.00 available. Online customer service no help so $25 down the drain Worse experience ever for her and myself. She was so sad.

We had a hard time uploading the value. We cannot redeem the value of the card.

The gift card wasn't activated so when my grandson went to use it, he got an error. I have been ill and haven't been able to go back to the store and either get a refund or have it activated. This is such a pain, as my grandson isn't local and now I have to go mail it. He was here during Christmas but has since returned home.

Not very happy with this. Having a lot of trouble getting to upload the money.

Still having soooooo much trouble trying to use it.

My child bought this item with his allowance for him and his sister. And they were both very excited to use it. Until we came across an issue where it said the card had been redeemed but when went to the purchasing part of it there was no balance on it. I reached out to ROBLOX and they weren't really helpful

There was an issue with my daughter’s Roblox account and despite my great efforts they did not acknowledge me, try to fix the situation....nothing So she lost her $ and didn’t get anything for the card redemption! I would have given Roblox zero stars if there was an option!
