Bought this for my son, was looking for a e-card but Best Buy didn’t have one so had to wait 2 days to receive. Once it was delivered my son tried to redeem, to our luck it wasn’t activated when I was sent out. So had to return. Just wished they would have provided e-card option .

It is impossible to use the remaining balance on the card after your initial purchase, towards another purchase when you need to combine with any other form of payment. So your money stays as credit and you can not even use to buy anything from Roblox web site . Not worthy. Never buy it again

Got these for Christmas gifts for all my nieces and nephews only to find out they didn’t work when I got them in the mail. I ordered them online. Never was able to use my gift card but I had to pay for them. I will never purchase another gift card online again.

Roblox is a bit of a rip off app poor quality same as minecraft

I purchased a roblox card worth $10 and I inserted it in a bday card. It was so disappointing that when my daughter is about to use it... it says invalid pin, it has already been used up. Such a spoiler for a very excited bday girl!!!! It would have been better if I just let her buy online

We got the card. No issues there. But after we loaded it and it was accepted the Robux never appeared. Now they say it won’t work with the app only on a laptop. So I checked online and it’s not there either. $10 gone. I’ll never buy one again.

Got this card for my son cause he loves roblox. Unfortunately you can’t redeem it on the app on your phone. You HAVE to redeem it on a desktop. And what kid is going to remember the password they made when they created it their account.

It takes too much time to add to the roblox account you have to do it to a computer you can’t use your iPad or iPhone to add this gift card so I need to make a roblox gift card specifically for iPad or Apple devices

I ordered 2 Roblox $25 gift cards online with in store pickup. Today 12/25/18 I tried to redeem for my kids 1 gift card for each kid account. Neither will work. I’ll have to get with Best Buy now for the gift cards to be fixed!

Who ever packaged my item stole the barcode off the back. Agent at best buy wanted me to purchase a new card. Probably so they can steal that one again as well. Ruined my nephew Christmas

When i tried to redeem my 3 $10 cards they did not work when i tried again it said they were already registered. I guess i have to bring them back to the store. I was very disappointed!

One was bent the other had a sticker on it that was scraped off. Looks like they were picked out of the trash. Very disappointing to give a gift that looked like that

Purchased this card and the card did not register with my roblox account for the $25 spent. Roblox was no help nor was Best Buy. Even with my receipt. I want my $25 back. No help

I bought these gift cards for my children however it was very difficult to use and ended getting very frustrated and taking them back to Best Buy for iTunes instead

I got this card as a stocking stuffer. My daughter tried to put the code in immediately and it says no matching code found. There’s no money on the card.

Here we are Christmas Day, my kid trying to use the card and it doesn't work customer service couldn't help, it would be nice to get the card activated when you buy online

Didn’t work. Will never buy a gift card from this store again. They refused to do anything about it.

Unfortunately, this card was not activated properly when it was purchased...and now I cannot use it for the game is was intended for...
