This was a birthday gift for my nephew. Unfortunately there was a zero balance even though I spent $25 on the gift card.

Code on back was used and I lost my $25 and was not offered a refund

It doesn’t work at all no matter what I do code invalid…

My gift card has never been received by the family member. Very disappointing. Will not reorder.

Purchase items on the game said I had the Roblox bucks took my money, but didn’t give me any of the items I purchased.

The code inside is easily scratched off, so be careful

I bought 5 of these and one said it was already used Which it came straight from the store very mad they basically took $25 and I got nothing my granddaughter is very upset

Bought 4 cards worth $100. Same error on all of them - card is not active. Best Buy could not help, guess I am screwed theoretically?

When I put it inside my account it says there was an error and I continued to use it over and over again but it still won’t work.

How disappointing for a child to receive a gift that doesn’t work! We scratched off the code, entered it and it came up as already used! I am very annoyed.

I bought 2 roblox gift cards for my girls this Christmas and NEITHER one of them worked! My girls are so disappointed and I am very angry!!!

Employee was very rude when I picked the 2 cards up. He gave me no receipt and they did not work Christmas morning. Two disappointed girls!

When trying to redeem the scratch part didn’t even give me my code to redeem the Robux .

This is one of the sneakiest games you could allow your kids to play. I don’t allow my kids to play it any longer. I do not recommend.

It didn't work, poor 1 star. Tried to use it several times and it didn't work. I couldn't talk to a live person to help me.

Unfortunately, this is the second $25 card that comes back as “invalid”. Unfortunately, the kids lose the activation code and it is impossible to recoup the cost. It seems though that this is an issue with Roblox only as I have never experienced that with any other gift cards. Please keep that in mond while purchasing. I may get digital codes from now on.

Terrible. Nor able to redeem the Roblox gift csrds. When trying to redeem, it goes into a loop when ask - I am not a robot.

Was not happy it did not work when I tried to activate it. And I did not save my receipt unfortunately. So it was not a good experience
