I was sent an inactive card. I am still on hold after an hour. I have been transferred several times and I still can’t seem to get this card activated or my money back.

It seemed an easy process to pick up a gift card for a kids birthday party. The process wasn’t as streamlined as I’d hoped. Took longer, had to go into store and ask for the card. The card itself was great! Child was thrilled with present.
