I always buy electronic gift cards!!! Although i didnt recieve the virtual item as advertised

I am disappointed due to the fact that this digital giftcard has high and good reviews and ratings and i never had issues with products from best buy. But this is still showing up on my best buy app notifying me to redeem. I have the confirmation on my email and i followed all steps and procedures of how to redeem even though i already know how to redeem digital e delivery products and services but also followed best buy instructions. Anyways this is for one of my children and i will wait until customer service is back on live chat and/or i will be contacting my nearest best buy location to have this issue resolved. Its not expensive at all and i was originally going to purchase $100 or more but im glad i started low amount. Also i am Not requesting for a refund right away, but for any resolution that i am expecting to make things right for my purchase. I understand that not everything will be perfect i just want this to be acknowledged hopefully soon and it doesnt change my loyalty to Best Buy. Other than this order issue i have always loved best buy. Thank you to whom this may concern to and i look forward to speaking with someone live once opening hours. 5 ⭐️ always for my family. Only giving 1 star for the specific roblox digital giftcard that might just be defective/dud.
