Hard to get into the app to download it it takes sometimes to get where you need to go

this IS NOT for Xbox even though best buy search says it is; and best buy chat support will tell you a refund is possible, but after much time to get to the digital downloads dept, they will not refund anything

I can not figure out how to install this gifcard to the game

I still have a few cards I wasn’t able to used . I think my kids got a few $20 and most of them didn’t work

Never got instructions on how to enter codes as of 1/3/22. Purchased a month ago. Codes were not on receipt, nor an email ever sent. Couldn't get refund from store or 888-237-8289. Called three times without success.

I wrote on how Roblox is a parent trap and how a umbrella in game can cost you $25. Where a real umbrella can cost you $8. The TRAP is real. Don’t fall into it like me.

Stupid best buy it didn’t give me my robux and I put the code in and it didn’t work it has been 1day now

Lost my money its second time thats happwning and never got to use roblox

The e-gift card didn’t work at all. We tried a few times with no luck. Buy the physical one

Amazing been buying these digital gift cards when in need for several years and it never lets me down highly recommend Best Buy when in need with things

I bought this for my ungrateful son. When he found out it was only $25 he told me to work more….im on salary. Next time when im at work contemplating my life decisions ill be sure to remember the look of disappointment my son had when he got this. Overall good product.

Getting me pretty nervous. I used my money to buy this, and as a 13 year old, that is a lot more money than i usually spend. Of course, I'm on my mothers account, but its been i think an hour or maybe more since purchase and the email still hasn't been sent EVEN THOUGH the "track your order" says it has (its been saying this for 20+ minutes). I'm really excited for the robux, that is, if i ever get it. I know how to use the code already, so thats not really a concern. Im probably just being anxious.
