It is difficult to put on roblox, but once you figure it out and get the credit put on there she loved it.

Gave this a low rating not because of the product itself but an issue that came up on the Best Buy side. I ordered a physical gift card to ship to a friend as a gift. When they received it, they could not activate the code on Roblox. Spent some time with Roblox support and was informed that the card had NOT been activated on the Best Buy side (based on serial number). I did an online chat with Best Buy support, and they could not activate it remotely. They told me I would need to take the gift card to a Best Buy store to get it activated; made it sound as if this was something they had to deal with frequently. My friend lives 200 miles from the nearest Best Buy so taking it to a store is not a great solution. Haven't had a chance to do that yet so will have to wait and see how much of a hassle it is; I have the online receipt so hopefully we don't get any grief about it. It definitely was not stolen. Anyway, lesson being, just buy a digital code and send that out if you want to gift something like this. Figured a physical gift card would make for a nice gift instead of an e-mail, but it's not worth this level of effort.

Too many steps to load to an account. It should be easier to load to the account itself.
