Terrible experience. I purchased 3 $10 cards from Montebello store. I did curb side pick up. Went home “Cards not Activated”. Went back to store waited 45 minutes in line. Was told cards activated. “ No Refunds, No Exchanges, No returns” was told to call Best Buy 1 800 number. Waited on line another 45 minutes. Was told cards are “Activated” and it was a “Roblox issue”. 4 emails later with Roblox they said “ Best Buy never activated cards”. Went back to Best Buy. General manager apologized and gave me new cards. Wasted about 3 hours just to replace $30 worth of cards. Should not have been so hard to correct. I’ll think twice before buying any game cards from Best Buy.

Sometimes it bugs me to spend money of 'virtual' items. But my kid loves this game and customizing he character. Im paying for her experience, so that's cool

I was concerned that $10 wouldn't be enough but my 13 year old said she was able to get a ton of in-game goodies with this and even a holiday bonus item.

My kids will love it! They love playing Roblox an they always ask every Christmas an birthday to get a card to update their character an get new stuff.

It's a gift card. What can I say? The code worked and my youngest was able to purchase more stuff on Roblox. Joy.

AVOID!! Purchased 2 Roblox and one Fortnite card. Fortnite card worked fine but Roblox said cards were not activated. Contacted Roblox and they insisted cards were no good. BUT... 3 Best Buy employees verified they were properly activated. the final one called back, apologized profusely and stated he called corporate and found this was common-- Roblox systems don't recognize cards activated at retail(??!). I was told I had to call corporate support to return the cards.... 2 hours of my life wasted... lol. AVOID!!

I love having the physical cards to give to kids on holidays or for rewards! They are hard to find in stores sometimes, glad BB carries them.
