This product is great. You spend money for a piece of plastic that is used to buy stuff for a video game. Brilliant.

The Roblox purchase was fine. However, 2 years ago I returned a small tv which I purchased at Best Buy for repair. It couldn't be repaired so I was issued a Best Buy credit for approximately $100. Unfortunately, I misplaced it. I called the store and was given a number to call. After being put on hold and transferred numerous times to tell the same story, they informed me that they have no record of the transaction. I am out $100 and I will NEVER EVER shop there again. I was in retail, and I know how easy it is to trace a former sale.

I have been having problems with this fast card. Website says it's not active. I contacted roblox and they can't do anything about it. Went back to the store and was told to call instead. I called and they couldn't help me that I had to go back to the store. Super annoyed!!!! Still not working

We purchased the physical card thinking it would definitely work, but nope. Buying these cards turned into an inconvenience. We went back to the store and was told the cards were activated and that we needed to contact roblox. Only way to contact roblox is thru email and that takes 3-4 days for a response. I’m still waiting for a reply back. It was my sons birthday and we bought 6 of these cards in different denominations. What a huge mistake!

There seems to be a problem with the $25 cards. I returned to store when message appeared saying it wasn't activated. I was sent with to speak with one of the guys with Best Buys Geek Squad. I must say, he was Patient and tried for about 45 minutes. He scanned it through their site and it showed it Was Activated. I had brought my Grandson iPad so he saw for himself, the message saying it Wasn't Activated. They replaced the card. It seems, I wasn't the only one. I found out 2 other Customers had been in earlier with the same problem.

I do not recommend buying this item unless you can see the one you are purchasing while in the store and take it home with you at that time. The refrigerator was delivered to me. Had it not been for the "strap-type material" that held the box in place, it would have fallen out of the box and damaged even more. The top AND the bottom of the box were not taped!! In addition, the refrigerator had dents on the top edges and one larger one on the bottom because of how badly it was protected - or not protected by the packaging.

Roblox gift card does as it is intended to. Can be harder than other gaming gift cards to load to account.

This card NEVER EVER WORKED!!! I call Best Buy I was told I have to deal with the company that owns the game that I bought it for and of course that place said that BEST BUY HAD TO HELP me. So needless to say my Godson got SCREWED OVER BY BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!
