Bought for my son, Christmas morning scratched it off only to find it was invalid! I'm guessing it was never activated before it shipped out to me. Won't be buying this here again.

Purchased 5 physical cards online. 4 were fine, but the 5th wasn’t activated before being shipped out. Roblox says Best Buy has to activate it; Best Buy says they can’t help.

I bought 2 Roblox Gift Cards for $25 each for my grandsons and only one was able to be redeemed. The other one stated already redeemed. I didn't call the store because I knew they would not refund me the money. So I guess I won't be ordering any more gift cards

We purchased this at best buy. He went to enter the code and tried several times and it didnt work . The store said they couldn't help. Buyer beware. Dont bother buying at best buy.

The card keep giving an error message and the Best Buy store is not willing to help and told us that this type of card is not refundable!?

I recently bought two $25 gift cards for my nephew, both cards were unredeemable. I contact Best Buy regarding this issues and they said they couldn't help. I also contacted roblox customer service and I've yet to hear back from them. I REPEAT..... DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Bought gift card as a Christmas gift and we weren’t able to use it. Message from Roblox... We reviewed your game card pin (96090xxxxx) and found it has been redeemed already in account "MkGLQPL6TRE" on 12/20/2020. My son got it on the 25th of December. $25 to the wind! Never again.

Very difficult to use if you typically buy directly off the game. We normally buy off Roblox the game while playing on Xbox. With the gift cards, physically and virtually, you must sign up and make an account. Does not appear anyway to link it. Very disappointed.

I ordered this item online and they sent me a defective Roblox card and after contacting them about it, they told me to take it back to a store. Which I couldn’t do because I just started my quarantine. Never will I order this again.

I brought 2 of these and 2 Fortnite gift cards. Only 1 out of the 4 work!! I would have given 0 stars but they won't let you! Don't buy cards from BB. They told me to email the companies! No one has gotten back yet!! You suck

I paid for a washing machine on May 7. It was delivered on May 16. It does not work properly, The repair people are coming on May 23. Best Buy has had my money for 2 weeks, and I still have to go to the laundromat.

I bought it for kids Christmas gift, it turns out a very bad idea because the code can not be invalidated following the redeem instructions. It totally ruined the Joy moment opening Christmas gift. Not recommend to buy this as a gift.
