I ordered this item online and they sent me a defective Roblox card and after contacting them about it, they told me to take it back to a store. Which I couldn’t do because I just started my quarantine. Never will I order this again.

I brought 2 of these and 2 Fortnite gift cards. Only 1 out of the 4 work!! I would have given 0 stars but they won't let you! Don't buy cards from BB. They told me to email the companies! No one has gotten back yet!! You suck

I paid for a washing machine on May 7. It was delivered on May 16. It does not work properly, The repair people are coming on May 23. Best Buy has had my money for 2 weeks, and I still have to go to the laundromat.

I bought it for kids Christmas gift, it turns out a very bad idea because the code can not be invalidated following the redeem instructions. It totally ruined the Joy moment opening Christmas gift. Not recommend to buy this as a gift.

Gave this gift card to my granddaughter for Christmas. Imagination her sadness when we loaded it up and it was already redeemed. Move these cards behind the counter!!!

My child love this game so she needs this some times to play

Sticker was so bad couldnt even use it. Serial numbers were torn off and lost durimg umwraping of gift

My son is still not able to use this card because it would not load to his account. Please don't buy this card.

there is a group of hackers that steal items from kids via trickery. my child got 520 dollars worth of items stolen and wrote to roblox and they only reset the password on the account and nothing else.

We couldn't use this at all since Roblox says it isn't activated. When we went to Best Buy they said it's activated on their end and it's hard for them to tell if we already used it or not. Don't ever buy physical cards as gifts. Purchasing online is better.

We purchased several $10 and $20 roblox gift cards from Best Buy and $80 dollars worth of gift cards did not work, roblox provided a message that the gift cards were used already. I will never purchase roblox gift cards ever again.

As other folks stated, do not order this online. Your gift card redeem will only work if you purchase in person. I eventually got my money back after several calls to the corporate number.

The pin sticker can fall apart when you scratch it off and can ruin the PIN. Why they don’t do it like other cards is beyond me.

BUYING THIS ROBLOX CARD WAS A NIGHTMARE. I USUALLY BUY THESE AND HAVE NO ISSUE. BUT I BOUGHT 2 RECENTLY AND NEITHER WORKED. IT WAS 'STUCK' IN THE SYSTEM AND COULD NOT ACTIVATE. I HAD TO RETURN FOR A REFUND. THE ISSUE MAY BE ON ROBLOX END.

I bought this card and now it says it has already been redeem. My daughter can't even use it and it was part of her Christmas gift.

The gift card did not work. Best buy refused to assist me and told to call the manufacturer. I will never shop at best buy again based off how I was treated over a 10 dollar gift card.

The code inside is easily scratched off, so be careful
