I bought this card and now it says it has already been redeem. My daughter can't even use it and it was part of her Christmas gift.

Didn’t activate the card before sending . Now we can’t use it and it’s in returnable

The gift card did not work. Best buy refused to assist me and told to call the manufacturer. I will never shop at best buy again based off how I was treated over a 10 dollar gift card.

The code inside is easily scratched off, so be careful

Code on back was used and I lost my $25 and was not offered a refund

Bought (2) 25.00 Roblox gift cards for my grand daughter and they do not redeem the money to her account. These are non defundable. Rip off. I will never buy another gift card from Best Buy.

Could not get code to work.. was for a student gift and did not keep the receipt.. my student was very disappointed

The gift card I sent the birthday boy was not loaded. I bought the card online and it was sent from the store but no money on it. Got money refunded but no email or call apologizing for the mistake.

Wasn't able to redeem the gift card and called best buy but they said they were not able to help me and that I had to email roblox.

Card didn’t work. Went back to store to let them know and the person at the entrance told us that it was a known issue and that we had to try it on a laptop. We did it still didn’t work.

Do not buy any gift cards from best buy. The one i got was a!ready redeemed.

Terrible. My granddaughter was unable to use - the message was "not activated", and we couldn't get any help in the local store, online, 800 number, chat, message board, or credit card company.

Purchased this card as an Christmas gift went to activate and said it was already redeemed? We sent scratched off or anything. Had to go through a painful. Process with the Roblox to correct issue.

I purchased several gift cards and $80 worth of gift cards did not worth. I was very disappointed and will never purchase roblox gift cards ever again. This is a warning to other parents out there.

Purchased for my son but bought the wrong card. Tried returning the next morning but they wouldn't take it back because once purchased, it's activated. I never scratched the card redeeming the code either.

Purchase items on the game said I had the Roblox bucks took my money, but didn’t give me any of the items I purchased.
