Then come to find out that none of them were activated. Very upsetting for me and everyone that I gave them to.

Unfortunately, the kids lose the activation code and it is impossible to recoup the cost. It seems though that this is an issue with Roblox only as I have never experienced that with any other gift cards. Please keep that in mond while purchasing. I may get digital codes from now on.
