not happy at all

I will no longer EVER, purchase another Roblox gift card from anywhere. I have been back and forth with them over this $25 card and still no resolution. Honestly, I have never had more trouble with any other company till this one.

Entered code at least five times. Roblox just kept saying invalid code. Gna have suck it up as a loss. There’s no way the store is refunding this purchase. Not happy

I had a bad gift card missing numbers on it...

I had to get a refund through my bank.

Drive up delivery wasn’t very successful

The process wasn’t as streamlined as I’d hoped. Took longer, had to go into store and ask for the card. The card itself was great! Child was thrilled with present.
