No clear disclaimer as to returns/exchanges
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My son loved Roblox until he was 10 or 11. A relative gave him this card for his 12th birthday. Best Buy does not accept exchanges/refunds even if the scratch-off is untouched and the PIN was never used to redeem, and he has the gift card receipt. Not sure the purpose of the receipt and scratch off PIN if they won't accept returns anyway. Nowhere on this item's description page does it say not eligible for return/exchange, final sale, etc. Hunting through BB's holiday extended exchange/return policy is not very clear about return/exchange eligibility. Other chains will accept store returns/exchanges for gift cards with gift card receipt and the scratch-off PIN remains in tact. If you have to purchase this item, suggest buying elsewhere.

Failed holiday due to delayed shipping

INVALID REDEMPTION CODE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Activation code will not work. Says “Invalid Code” each and every time we’ve tried to redeem the Robux. This was $50 wasted and disappointment for my daughter on Christmas day. Not satisfied at all!
