Horrible keep disconnecting all the time but they sound pretty good

Good headset!! Comfortable and the price was good.

Best Headset I have had lately. Turtle Beach is good. The only problem is you have to charge it.

If the volume control worked I’d have Loved it. Wasn’t able to turn up or down.

The fit on my ears was great. The HUGE turn-off for me was that every time I was lecturing online, after about 20 minutes the headset would just turn itself off, and would have to stop my lecture and restart it and try to remember where I was in my topic. Fortunate for me I teach college students and they were understanding. I decided to take them back asap.

Great sound and mic, but terrible at staying connected. Often have to restart, or remove and reinsert the usb receiver. After 5 minutes disconnected from charging, it loses audio until reconnected. Very frustrating, get a different headset.

They didn't connect to the one system it should be the easiest to connect to.

Awesome headset, kinda wish i would have held out a little longer for a mouse from the same company as well..

I bought as a present for my son for Christmas. He has opened it yet as its a Christmas present. But as for ordering online app and with curb side pick up was great. Fast and friendly service. Excellent... My son has other products from Roccat and he really likes it.

Easy set up, son received for a Christmas gift. He (8 years old) was able to set up solo. Good price

ROCCAT deserves 0 STARS on this one... I've been gaming for 10+ years and this is the worst headset I have ever owned... when it works, its great but the bluetooth dongle disconnects everytime you walk out of bluetooth range, a major flaw in a bluetooth headset as that is its one of its luxuries. Then to get it to connect again you have to unplug and reset the dongle. Same thing if you go AFK and the headset goes into standby. I just don't get how you get this far in development with this major issue that many people have...

Good headphones but start to hurt my head after a little wile. Also mine like to randomly disconnect wile I'm playing and have only started doing this after I updated them. Also the mic sounds like an old talk radio show. Not worth the hundred I paid but I'm stuck with um

Has some quality issues, at least in my setup. Directional wireless connection iffy when in the presence of another computer or wireless devices. I have my gaming rig and work computer near each other on the desk and possible interference as when I move my head certain ways, it drops audio connection. Spend a little more for quality.

Best wireless gaming headset ever. I would recommend it to everyone

Mic isn't bad but it's not great. Headset has a tin-y sound to it and will nearly deafen you when you bump into something with it. Sound is decent and bass-y if you like that. The software on pc is great with lots of options for lighting and EQ. I'd say it's worth it for gaming but probably not a great choice for an audiophile.

Started off as a good headset. If you’re like most, you take one ear off to talk to someone in person. After a few months the actual ear cup had broke.

Everytime I reatart my computer I have to reinstall the software for the head phones. The sound is great but having to update everyday is the main issue.

I’ve had these for about a week and so far I love them. Battery life is great and a TypeC connection is a major plus. Huge upgrade to my old Turtle beach’s and feel/act super similar since Roccat is now Turtle beach owned.
