sound quality wasn't what I was expecting. I was probably thinking it would be good for real sound applications... but it wasn't.

Seems to do what it's supposed to do, let you use headphones via a USB port. But it has virtually no directions, and needs downloaded/updated when it's pulled out. Cord is way too short as well. I broke a headphone jack and needed a way to hook phones to the computer. This works, but must be a better one somewhere.

Honestly I hate this device. Very static if you’re using a microphone with it but don’t just take my word for it. The one you buy might Be great but as for the one I received , I don’t think I’ll be buying another.

    Garbage

I'd bought one of these because I started getting a buzzing sound whenever I had my headphones hooked up to the audio output on my PC. I plugged it in and it was recognized as a generic audio device, which was expected. There's downloadable software, but I didn't want or need whatever extras may come with it. I plugged in my headphones and started watching The Tick. A few minutes in the audio cuts out. I closed and opened my media player, adjusted the volume a bit, nothing. Then out of nowhere the audio comes back and is extremely loud before dropping down to a normal level. A little while later the same thing happened. The Juke is now in the garbage and has been replaced with a little unbranded device that does the same thing that I've had since the early 2000's and seems to do the job even better.

The audio input doesn't work out of the box. Was not able to get it to work at all. On the plus side, it was recognized immediately and works perfectly fine as an audio output.
