Nothing helps, including updating its software through the extension app.

I thought for sure there would be a battery pack in the box I would have to insert, but nope. They are just really light! The RGB LED lighting is super cool how it glows through the solid black plastic housing. Mic is sweet how you can rotate it up to mute it. I can't stand however how it picks up any audio around you and plays it into the speakers, really annoying unless you are in a quiet environment, but it still picks up and movement from yourself. I'm not used to this with sets in the past. This is my first wireless headset, I've always had doubts about them but am super happy with these overall, when the mic annoys me I just turn it off. Battery has outlasted me so that's a plus as well. They sound good and love the tunability with the software. They fit great and are super comfortable as well. I know these are high end sets but I feel the price is pretty reasonable considering the quality. Don't think you can really go wrong with these.

I moved it to 4 other computers and none of them could find the USB. The headset was charged but couldn’t connect.

Check if this tool recognizes the Syn Pro Air when the transmitter is connected and if it does, use it to restore the firmware of the headset. You may need to connect the headset via cable as well. If this does not work, the transmitter likely needs to be replaced. great deal, but only lasted a year

First it was the microphone. It ended up cutting in and out making it hard to understand me while gaming. The last one was the charging port. It would no longer charge with the port coming loose. I was pretty happy with it in the beginning but it only lasted over a year and beyond the warranty. Would not go back to this brand.
