    Good headphones when they work but a month in my mic is not working when I take it off of mute I have to move it just a little in the upwards position for it to work.

    Good Sounding Headphones That Just Miss The Mark

    Overall I like the Syn Pro Air headphones, they are very comfortable and they sound great. They work great on PC and have several ways to customize them to your liking. One downside was I did have some issues with these on my laptop, one time I plugged them in and sound only came out of the right earcup and another time no sound would come out of them at all. On my desktop they worked fine no issues. I did also try them on PS5 where they sounded fantastic only downside was the volume control on the headset did not work and you have to use the consoles control to change it. the neon software is pretty good, I did have some trouble at first updating the headset but after that it worked well. Was not too difficult to use. Overall I really like this headset its comfortable and sounds good, I just think they were probably released a little early the software is not fully done and there were enough bugs I had that did frustrate me. Hopefully soon all of that will be ironed out because this headset really does sound good.

    Audio was not loud enough, even after a few tweaks with the software. What I didn't like about the software is that you have to download one for the headphones and one for the keyboard. Really annoying. Also, the lights are not as bright as you see in the photos

    This works fine but I can’t even watch tv with this headset. You can only plug the dongle into your computer. There is no blue tooth. A one trick pony for over $100. I may return this

      Thank you for leaving your feedback. The Syn Pro Air heasdet is a wireless headset designed for use with a PC that operates via a connection to a USB transmitter. The headset itself would not be equipped with Bluetooth for use with a TV, smartphone or tablet. The headset simply was not designed for use with those devices.

      Hi Scott and thanks for choosing ROCCAT. Like all of our devices, the Syn Pro Air is primarily designed for the use with Windows PCs. While it does work with other devices, such as consoles, when connecting its transmitter, there are limitations. Connecting it to TVs generally isn't supported.     Uncomfortable material on ear cups, sound quality needs EQ fine tuning to get the most out them, no available presets, can sound “tinny”, RGB is cool I guess. I returned these and went with the Corsair Void

    i have low mileage on this headphones and during this time it keeps disconnecting. i have to replug the receiver and turn off the headset. i also bought a mice from Roccat on sale. same thing, i need to pair it everytime i restart my computer. beyond return window

    The speakers are good with the microphone, but the earcups swivel incredibly freely. It's good if you're just staying stationary, but if you needed to turn your head to look at something, it'll probably fly off your head.

    horrible product do not buy had for 1yr and only used it a few times now the mic doesn’t work super upset best buy would sell garbage like this.

    I've been using wireless headphones for years. I've bought Roccat products before, and aside from being a bit heavy to wear for long periods, they're good. That said, I didn't like the Syn Pro Air one bit. The microphone is not attached, and when connected, doesn't maintain position at all well, and while my computer was registering the existence of the microphone, nothing I did worked to make the mic pick up any sound at all.

    Headset feel is amazing! But having mic issues.(could be cuz it uses a jack and the mic is removable and has issues) Customer support is blaming my pc and components not their product.

    I do not recommend this headset, even on sale. The ear cushions are made of the most abrasive material I've ever worn. Also, my mic stopped working after a week.

    It took a while to setup. The flip mic is not designed properly. The flip mic does not stay in position and drops below your chin. Keep hanging to raise it and turn it back on. The mic connection is horrible and reliant on the bar position which constantly drops when you move. Bad design.

Please make sure these are aligned properly before attaching the microphone. Only this way a proper fit can be ensured.     Great little set of wireless headphones that are idea for immersion and gaming. 2.4 Ghz wireless dongle is included which plugs straight into a USB port on your desktop/laptop. This makes sure it's usable without worrying if you have a bluetooth connection or your machine. Also means it provides a stable audio connection. A lot of budget desktops/laptops skimp on bluetooth so you end up with finicky connections. The mesh earpads are very stiff. Luckily you're not running with this earphones as I imagine they'd rub your head raw but since the chosen use for this is at a computer, I didn't experience any issues. Sound overall was very clear, bass response ranged fairly well as I could hear the distinct low modulations in Promises by Nero. Soundstage seemed wide enough for gaming as I didn't find myself wondering what direction other players were coming from and could readily identify their position. RGB is pretty cool as it sits on the back edges of the headphones so there's no danger of catching color changes at the peripheral of your vision. Take care when attaching the microphone as there's a slot that allows you to fully insert it (which also happens to be the straight upright aka mute position). Moving it up and aligned with the headband puts it into mute, and then pulling it down activates it. Both functions have audible cues so you know what's going on. Setup is easy as you plug in the wireless USB dongle, it turns red letting you know it hasn't paired. Holding the power button on the bottom of the left earcup turns on the light next to it (red) and then both the dongle and the earcup light turn white once paired and this is accompanied by another audible cue. Left ear scroll wheel controls volume and right ear scroll wheel controls the mic feedback volume. A lot of streamers/voice overs/singers like to hear their voice as they speak so they get immediate feedback. Others prefer not to be able to hear it, so you can easily turn it off and it'll operate like most headsets do. Overall, strong set of wireless headsets. I'd have appreciated a bluetooth/wireless 2.4 switch just so I could use it for more purposes BUT I understand under this budget why they stuck with their implementation to keep it super easy friendly. Downside is you have any USB receiver to keep track of! Definitely a recommend on my part for gaming, music sounds great, and movies are immersive and you skip catching your headset cable on the armrest of your chair as you try to get up...

    Great pair of wireless headphones. Sound if great, very clear high quality sound, equalizer built into the Roccat Neon app is pretty sweet to get them tuned in just how you like your sound. Immersive 3D audio is truly amazing. Very plush materials and over the ear design for best sound quality and comfort. I was up and running within about 10 seconds, really just need to plug in the usb receiver and it just works, but the Neon app is a quick and simple download/setup for all the fine tweaking. RGB light is a sweet addition that isn't always seen on the wireless versions. Battery life remains superb even with the lights blazing, last several gaming sessions without a problem, description states 24 hours of use but I haven't been able to use them that long non-stop. High quality mic as well which is detachable, nice feature if you don't need it all the time it can be removed. All in all a very nice pair of headphones with all the bells and whistles. Love them so far.

    This is the 2nd pair of headphones purchased from Roccat for my son. I thought buying the more expensive ones, I wouldn’t have problems. WRONG!! Here it is 6 mo later and they just stopped working just like the first pair. Total waste of money and I am very unhappy with this company

    Useless headset broken out of the box

    The volume and mic buttons didn't work from the very first time I used the headset. I was busy working and didn't get to return this item. I am 100% dissatisfied! This item was obviously a returned item sold as a new one! I cannot adjust either the mic level or volume level! Particually useless.
